Hi all,

I had STC broadband activated a few weeks ago (in a flat in Jebel Heights).

I want to change the Wifi network name. I can access the Router login page, but the username and password listed on the back of the router do not work (and I am definitely spelling them correctly!!)

Has anyone has had this problem and overcome it?

Google the model number for the router to get the login. Should be something like 192.168.100.1, password xxxxxxc.

Alternatively there may be a reset on on it you can activate, but you still need to access thru the IP address.
