I think I read somwhere every 2 or 3 month for a few weeks? Is it so? Thank you

WFH is hardly ever possible. Leaves purely depends on department. Bachelors can take 2 repat leaves officially I think but you can take more shorter leaves if department agrees. Many department allows only two leaves per year
