Hi everyone, I attended an interview with jhon hopkins September 2024 and got offered a job. I was sent my prepositional offer and tons of documents to fill which I did and submitted. For over 3 weeks they've been Radio silent. I even sent HR a mail to advice what my next course of action is but got no response.Typical, what is the time range between when you get an offer to when you go for medical and start working?I am currently working with Ministry of Health Saudi arabia, but my contract will end my December, and I don't know if existing the kingdom pending completion of my checks will affect me.or when the checks are expected to be complete.

The timeline won’t be the same as someone coming in, you’ll be (presumably) iqama transfer. Those tend to be faster. I’d not worry to much about the radio silence, it’s a thing.

My primary concern is the fact that my contract with the ministry of health will be ending this December, roughly three months. I don't know if I can exit the kingdom and still continue the process or I'm expected to stay till the process is done....
