Good luck aferoz, hope you get your offer soon. It is good that your recruiter is communicating with you and provides updates. Mine on the other hand is not responding and I already moved on You need sooo much of patience. Recruiter told to wait until December to see the 2025 positions. Is it common that they will keep technically qualified people on hold for upcoming positions? Honestly, I do not know if they keep technically qualified people on hold for upcoming positions. However, from what I have experience, it does not look like it. I was successful and technically qualified and was at the Salary Recommendation stage but later on, I was told that due to reorganization my application will not be considered. So it wasn't told that they will consider me for future openings. If a future roles becomes available, I would have to apply and go through the entire process from the beginning. |
