Hi all, having had my visa issued last week I'm now negotiating my notice period with current employer and looking to agree a date to fly into KSA.
Any advice on whether it matters which day of the week I arrive? I'm leaving from UK.

Friday or Saay.. Your first day is always a rest day then it’s onboarding, getting your pass, sorting any potential issues with your home, your medical. You’ve enough time to get it all done, meet other newcomers and not spend a weekend, in summer, twiddling your thumbs and not even able to get the bus off camp or go for a swim.

Plenty of time to rest and to start customising with weather before any official activities starts |

Is the first day a rest day regardless of when you arrive? For example, if my flight landed at 9pm, would that day count as the rest day or would it be the following day?
