Has anyone ever dealt with a conflict of interest situation when a potential offer & position from Aramco might have conflict of interest with Applicants business .

There is some e-learning and a simple form to tick every year. Basically you declare that you have outside interests, and that you will not use them or your Aramco experience in a conflict of interest scenario.
Short story, neither you or your immediate family can do any business with Aramco outside of your Aramco employment.
