I got the offer and ready for the visa application. But I was dropped because of not clear one of the pre-hiring contingencies (medical clearance). How can I argue? any suggestion? thanks.

The best thing that you can do is to carry on with your life and move on.
I experienced this too. Literally two working days after accepting offer, providing paperwork and information from background checks. I received a call from relocation advisor telling me that I was dropped from process and a letter will be sent to confirm this.
I received the letter and it is extremely generic. It literally says you failed to clear one or more contingencies. I asked which contingency and never got the answer from Saudi in this aspect. Off the record was told that a few requisitions got dropped and there were a few candidates in similar situation.
I just think it wasn’t meant to be…. Onwards and upwards!
