Hi Everyone,
I'm seeking some honest opinions about schools in Bahrain, specifically St. Christopher's, British School Bahrain (BSB), or even Cranleigh (opening in September 2024 apparently).
1. Do many kids from Dhahran commute to these schools?
2. BSB offers a bus service, but St. Christopher's does not. How do parents at St. Christopher's manage transportation?
3. What documents will kids need to have with them every day to cross the border?
4. How easy is it to get a SIM card for Bahrain with a Saudi Iqama?
5. What are your preferences between BSB and St. Christopher's, and why?
6. Can you foresee any issues with us having kids start school in September on a tourist visa (for both Saudi Arabia and Bahrain) if the family iqama is delayed?
Thanks in advance for your support!

6. Do you mean tourist visa or the first entry visa? If it’s the former, no chance. If it’s a first entry and you’ve arrived once the employer has their iqama, there can be some leniency.
I’ll message you.
