Hi forum family,
We're looking for a physician who can conduct the extensive medical examinations and tests required for the Visa Medical stuff and would love to be able to go to a physician who is well versed or has at least some experience with the process.
We're in Houston but visa will be processed through DC so the requirements and technicality is pretty substantial.

Are you expected to facilitate the test by yourself. I assume they would send you to a recommended health center to do the test?

Aramco can send the test order to the lab, but you need to find your own physician who will either require you instead use their own test orders or will be okay with receiving the records from patient if your using aramco provided test order.
My question was whether any one has recommendation for physicians who completes the form, not the testing.

I think things have perhaps changed. I am currently undergoing the process and I have to arrange my own physician.

I have read comments from Canadian candidates arranging/choosing their medical location or Aramco approved doctor. This should not be a problem for you because you are in Houston…. a hiring hotspot. Your RA should be able to help you find the Aramco approved doctor and book it. Please make sure the email addresses and domain name belongs to ASC etc…. Please search and review linkedin profiles of RA etc and don’t pay anything (visa / medical fee etc.) from your pocket.

Appreciate the concern, but the offer is legit unless it's an elaborate scam that is also linked to updates on the aramco job application webpage and the scammers are also coordinating with Labcorp internal systems and paying for the blood work. All email addresses are legit.
I will let you know for sure once I have finished relocating to Saudi. Thanks.

Either your RA is new in his job or there is a change in policy to cut the cost. In UK candidates were required to travel to London to get the medical done. Now you can have it in your city. |
