Hi all, Firstly, this is a great community forum, and so informative and helpful. My question. I have seen in prior year threads (link below it is mentioned for example "verbal intent to offer") that Aramco will at times send a message to a candidate soon after their F2F interview notifying that they intend to send an offer. Is this still a standard process in 2024? I.e F2F interview is complete, Aramco then sends an email or calls to say they intend to make an offer, some weeks or months later the offer is sent. For context, I had a F2F interview approx. ~1 month ago and haven't heard any response yet so was wondering it it likely means I'm just not the preferred candidate. forum.aramcoexpats.com/thread/127845/application-stagesThanks!

Totally normal. Could be months before you hear ya or na.

Hi All, I had an interview almost 1.5 years ago and the rejection came within two days. I was interview for another position in a different department in December 2023 and my application status is not rejected nor accepted "Thank you for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the proc". What I understand is every case is different and Aramco is a big I mean huge company so things can take time. Staying positive . Thanks
