Dear Folks,
Could anyone suggest how to check what is reason do not pass back ground check from the Kindom?
Credence collected all required documents and I am pretty much sure that it's all fine. I don't have any criminal records, never have had any immigration issue or general problems with law, all my diplomas have been confirmed by Universities, my previous employeers have confirmed that I used to work for them. But reply from Kindom said that I haven't passed clearance. My current employer is in Gulf Region as well, I spent last 10 years on my life in Gulf and have never had any issue.
I just want to know the reason for cancellation. If anyoone can suggest how it is possible to know this infomation, please you can PM me.

My RA told me that in case of background failure, he would reply back in few months if I wanted to know the reason of failure. If your background was done by Credence then you can raise a request with them to know the data they hold about you. In addition to degrees and employment history, they also check other things such as social media activity to know more about the candidate . |

The other reason could be that the job is withdrawn by the hiring department. In that case no need to worry and try your luck again. However they should be able to communicate that with the candidate.

As far as I know if Company decided - they just inform that an offer been withdrawed, there is no sence to find some reason for that cause until a contract signed there is no any legal obligations. I believe there is only one option to check is via HR or background investigators in Saudi, which is most probably unrealistic( |

It’s really very simple, put in a subject access request to AOC. They will have to respond. Good luck. Sorry, but I don't get it. What is AOC ? Basically upto now I have had only contact of my relocation adviser in UK. Wouldn't you mind to explain where and what to send ? |

Hi@babls AOC= Aramco Overseas Company which is used by Saudi Aramco for hiring. RA are employed by AOC. |

Google “how to make a subject access request”. AOC are a uk or nl eny and will have to provide you with any personal data they have on you, that will include the reasoning behind such a decision. Good luck. Thank you very much for you reply. Really appreciate. |
