o all, i would like to know for employees leaving in Dhahran compound and having kids, do they have choice to enroll their kids in the ARMACO school, or they can also enroll them in other schools in Alkhobar and get schooling allowances? and if so what is the schooling allowance in Aramaco? Many thanks for your help

Just to clarify….Do they pay the lower of 2*base salary and cap? i.e. assuming 2*base is 15k, fees is 16k and cap is $17k, would they just pay 15 or cover the full fee as it is below cap?

The cap is on your base salary, so if the 2x exceeds 17k you do not get more. In your scenario, they would not pay the full amount because you have not reached the cap. But, also, apart from year 1 (they don’t pay for children younger than that even in the company school) the fees greatly exceed the allowance.

I have read on this forum that pre-k for 3 and 4 year olds is offered at Aramco schools. Is it all pay out of pocket for that age? If so, any idea of the cost?
