Hi all,
I have my interview for a finance role with Aramco this week and keen to understand the typical timeline from offer to start date, especially for international relocations. Given the complexities of moving countries, does Aramco provide additional time beyond the usual notice period for settling in? My notice period is 3 months, but I'm curious if there's usually extra 1-2 months allowed for the move.
Would appreciate insights from those who've gone through the process or have knowledge about the flexibility in start dates. Also from reading other forum posts from candidates who received offers in December it looks like background checks also take some time. So hopefully there is some flexibility.
Thanks!
Kazim

Kazim The visa would be the only stopping point. Single entry visa issued after all clearance is slightly less than 3 months and they expect you to be in ksa before expiry. Else they will have to apply again which they don't recommend. Way around to this is that you resign from your current role in advance and hope to get visa.. that's a big risk to take!
