Hi,
I accepted a offer and ready! Does anyone know for certain, once the Pre Health Questionnaire and Medical Test (done in home country, prior to getting on a plane to the KSA), where those 2 documents go? After they are submitted (PHQ and Medical result) to the recruiter/relocation person, where does those documents go and what are they used for?
1) Do they go to JHAH (John Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in Dhrahan Saudi) for review so that a JHAH Dr make an evaluation on pre-departure stautus of the candidate off those forms or are those forms, the PHQ and medical form not sent to JHAH and the PHQ and Medical are ONLY required for the Ministry of Interior (MOFA) for the purposes of issuing the work visa?
What I am driving at, is if JHAH Drs. review the PHQ and fit for duty medical result after its submitted to the recuriter or is the PHQ and pre-Sauid move medical and fit for duty testing NOT reviewed / sent to JHAH Drs in Saudi and the PHQ and medical are used ONLY for the entry work visa processing with MOFA only?
I know, my recuriter said once you get into KSA you do a JHAH iquama medical and no problem, but where does the PHQ and pre-departure medical report go to, does JHAH see those documents at all before I physically arrive in the KSA, or does only JHAH Drs only see you once you get into KSA and you go for your iquama medical?
I am trying to understand what the PHQ and medical tests done in home country are used for on the Saudi side, are they used for 1) JHAH to determine fit for duty as well while you are still in home country before you get on a plane, or 2) they are only used for MOFA to satisfy the medial report part of the employment visa to get you first into KSA (as after that you get your Iqama and do the JHAH testing in country again).
Thanks,
SB
