Hi,
I am currently in BI stage. As per my RA, the final clearance is expected in next 5-7 days. Does anybody know if the recently announced abandonment of oil capacity increase plan will affect the hiring? I am a bit worried as I belong to the PE department.

Deviating from the topic, May I know for which position were you interviewed for? Was is for SAOO?
I interviewed for the SAOO for the position of Petroleum Engineer position. I was TQ and kept as a backup candidate with no further update. This was in Dec 2023. From your posts, I reckon, you went through a similar situation.

I was interviewed by a different team and got an offer from another team. South area team was not involved. In my case they came back after 3 months that they wanted to move to next stage which took 3 more months to get an offer. I hope my offer has no exposure to capacity increase projects that will be shelved . Good luck! |
