Hi all,
It is still early days but I am interviewing with Aramco and who knows if I do end up moving.
I am a bachelor and was reading on the Aramco website of a dining hall with meals being served as well as restuarants in the Dhahran camp?
I do not see any posts on these aspects so I am assuming either they no longer exist or the quality is not the nicest prompting people to cook?
Cooking is not really my strong point so some ready meals would be a blessing.
Any comments/insights on this? I see that bachelors are automatically put into the Mngo (?) accommodation which are not the best on offer?
Assuming one ends up there, are these dining areas accessible?
Await to hear from people.

There are a few options on camp, the dining hall, food trucks, a Lebanese, tandoori house etc. None are particularly accessible from mango, but there are delivery apps. I personally do not find the offerings appealing but others may. In addition to that there are a few meal services where you can collect or have meals delivered that you heat at home.
Cost might be a factor, we like to cook but in Singapore we did know people that never did because the hawkers were so good, affordable and easy. You’d be looking at around 30 SGD a night.

Thanks Tamsin. This is helpful. Just wondering how does one access the dining hall if staying at Mango/Mint? i hear on camp transport is not really dependable?

A lot of people walk or cycle in the cooler months.
