Hi,
I am scheduled for an interview for the position of Planning and Performance Management yst and would like to inquire about the nature of the questions that might be asked. I come from a background in chemical engineering, supplemented with an MBA, and have over 10 years of experience, currently based in the UK.

Upstream Planning and Performance Is this your first interview? For my first interview, I highlighted my experience/ achievements etc, they wanted me to expand on two of my past experiences . In general the main highlight in the interview was how will I add value in the stewardship process, planning cycle / QPR / team values/ management I am still waiting to hear back on my results Best guess of luck! |

Did they ask Techincal questions? e.g. walk me through building an economical model for an upstream asset?

I am an MBA and I have been working as a strategic planner in an Oil and Gas in Canada.
