I got an email from a background investigator stating that their portion of the BI is complete. Is getting the email saying BI is complete sufficient to presume that the BI is cleared?

In my case, they contacted me just days before applying for visa to get more information... 🤨

Hi All,
Just want to know if we receive email from CREDENCE after completion of BI?. I had sent all required documents to CREDENCE on 21st November. CREDENCE also acknowledged receipt of all required details. After that I have not received any email from them.
