Hi, I need some advice. I am a foreign citizen in Pakistan at the moment. If I want to apply or visa/ at Saudi mission in Pakistan I am told that I cannot use an attested copy of my foreign college degree. I am being asked by an agent to first get an "equivalence certificate" from the local Pakistan Higher Education Commission. Is there a way to confirm that this is indeed the only way?

I think you should try to get your degree apostilled from Saudi Embassy of your home country or the country where you studied.

The question could be more clear if you mention your nationality and your qualification country
