I am so happy to read that I won’t be the only one who is joining(currently living in the UAE).
I got my offer also the first week of Feb, hope we can connect soon!
I’m still waiting on my visa/medical process.

How's everyone getting on with background checks and medicals? I heard this week that it's all gone through at last (had a false start on the medical as I had to retest one section due to a recent surgery). Sent off my passport for the visa yesterday but it's Eid next week, which will delay the whole process by at least another two weeks. Ah patience, you and I are becoming best friends  Hoping (REALLY hoping!) that I will be allowed to hand in notice sometime mid April. I, unfortunately, have a three month notice which I can only reduce by a very small amount, so it's going to be a while yet! How's everyone else getting on? J. |

I am flying out on the 21st May - handed in my notice a few weeks ago. Currently selling my life in London and packing as much as I can.
This is very exciting! Let us know when you get your visa - mine didn't take long and it was during Ramadan. x

Visa came back this afternoon - just waiting for the final clearance from my RA to hand in my notice! Very much hoping I can negotiate my notice down so that I may be able to get out to SA just after the second Eid break. It'll be certainly be toasty warm by then!
