Are there any classes on camp to prepare a first-time mom for childbirth?
Decades ago, these classes were mandatory for all pregnant women planning to give birth at the Aramco hospital (prior to JHAH), and the spouse also was obligated to complete the course if he planned to attend the birth. But i asked JHAH and was told these classes are no longer offered in person, they only have some optional online lectures.
Perhaps there are doulas or midwives on camp who organize and offer such classes in person?
