Chances after conducting not great Interview.

I had yesterday an interview in London, and felt the interview went well in terms I managed to switch from interrogation to conversational mode. At the moment only the interviewers know the outcome and for me it is just a perception of what happened. However both the interviewer and interviewee need to play their part to get into this mode.



I always felt in interviews that a detail went unsaid, and I have been both successful and unsuccessful when that has happened.



I think there's always a chance, but if it wasn't this time then it will be in another opportunity!

Genuinely, after my interview in London, I felt I had failed the interview. It was the toughest interview I have ever done, every time I commented or answered a question, I was probed again and questioned about my answer. This was a relentless hour for me.

I told my wife that same day I havent got the job but just felt glad I could participate.

They rang me that evening to offer me the job.

I wouldnt worry too much, a tough interview is better than one that seemed to go easy.
