Hi All, I wonder if there practical ways to get to Dammam international airport from RT without possessing a car? Are there shuttle buses or taxies at the reasonable price? Thanks!

The Aramco bus goes to the Aramco terminal at Dammam from RT numerous times a day.
Taxis cost around 200sar approx to the airport

Best way is a private driver 100-150 SAR. Once you arrive people on camp can put you in touch with them. Once set up, a saved gate pass literally takes 2mins to issue for them to pick you up.
