I completed the security checks with the company. It failed , but they informed me that they couldn't disclose any issues, as the data belongs to Aramco. I'm uncertain about whom to reach out to within Aramco, so I sent an email to HR, but they are unaware of the situation. What should I do next? Does this mean I've been rejected?

Nothing to do after failed background check. Sorry

Very rarely but it happens, all what I say its usually related to speeding tickets. They usually do not accept people who do not have a clear bill from a police records standpoint.

Assuming it’s from AOC or Credence then put in a formal Subject access request for all personal data they have on this. They’ll have to disclose the reason. Best of luck.

I think getting tickets for over speeding is not any crime which could be the reason for BI failure.

Unlikely to be speeding tickets, they will ask for “polic certificates” or criminal records checks which in most normal countries won’t contain such unless there is a court conviction for non-payment.

Consider that BI will contact most (if not all) of your ex employers to get your working history confirmed and will ask for references. I wonder that failing to get this confirmation or a positive reference will result in failing of the BG checks.

Do people fail BG check due to speeding tickets even? NO, I had tickets in couple of countries and my BI got cleared without any problem. I don't think speeding tickets will fail your BI unless you mentioned every ticket in your employment forms.
