Hi Everyone,
I had a recent interview with Aramco Team and they came back and asking to fill-up background/health questionnaire forms along with other supporting documents. They haven't shared any offer with me yet. What does it mean? Is it a regular process that they are checking the background after the interview or it is something positive that offer will be coming? Please share your experience in this regard as I need to make a decision on another offer. Thank you

Normal. No guarantee of offer or not. Please search forum as this topic as it has been discussed exhaustively on this forum. Additionally, if you do receive an offer can be weeks to months before receiving it and then it is conditionally until everything thing is cleared and visa is issued, which is typically another 2 to 3 months. So I would not pass on another offer that you accept otherwise waiting on Aramco for ya or na.
You could resign from another job down the road if u receive a better from Aramco.
