As many have stated before, it typically is determined from current net salary with the uplifts.

Can someone suggest the determination of Base pay by aramco Is it based on current Pre Tax or Post Tax salary? I am on a Global Payroll from Australia and expecting an offer soon Thanks The aramco base offer will be based on your current net. They’ll then add the 60% uplifts (over base etc) onto that figure. It won’t be 60% uplift on your current gross. |
