Hi All,
Can anyone explain the travel allowance provided by Aramco to the employee and their dependants. Is it a cash payment paid to the employee at the time of vacation or something else? if it is a cash payment do you get the full amount mentioned in the offer even if the tickets cost less than the full amount?
Many thanks in advance for your answers.

Cash payment, paid in full, yearly, you have to have vacation booked to apply for it but you don’t need to share the cost or destination of your tickets.

You can receive it in advance of travel. Used to be you had to be out of kingdom for 14 working days + travel days but that has been altered since the dark days of COVID.
You do need to take 14 "L" days plus your travel days as a minimum. Combine this with a long vacation like Ramadan or Eid if you can and you can maximise the days off vs days used.

Thank you BlueStaff. So the booked vacation must meet a certain threshold in order to get the allowance.
