Just wondering if anyone went through Pre-Offer Background Investigation? Is this normal, or new process? Thanks in advance!

Sometimes that start the BI and medical questionnaire after interview but before the offer. I reckon it’s a good sign but no guarantee an offer is coming.

I sent my payslips and passport on 14th of July, and I haven't received the written offer yet. Today I also received the email about BI and PPHQ. Maybe it's the new process?

BTW, my previous two jobs had overlap of three months, for example, the first one ended in July and the second one started in April the same year. Will there be some problems?
