As someone above mentioned it takes what it takes. I understood it also depends on your nationality. I am waiting since mid June. Yesterday I got an email from my RA asking if by any chance I also had British citizenship because he had visa blocks for British females, but since I am not one I then need to wait until one for my nationality opens up.

Hye there, same case for me. Awaiting for VB and VIL. My RA told me there is system error yet to resolved at Saudi side.
