Dear all, Thanks for the information provided here. I have read a lot and got a lot of information. I would like to know if anyone has the similar situation with me. I was interviewed in March, and last month, I was invited to the second round of interview. I did well in the interview. After two weeks, I received an email from someone in Aramco, said "we would like to consider you for the next stage of the selection process following your interview" and my payslips and passport were requested to submit, but no words about offer. Did anyone have the similar case? Finally did you receive your offer? Thanks a lot!

Obviously it’s positive news with traction. This is very common steps toward, but no guarantee, for receiving a conditional offer.

I got an associate professor position last month. It seems that the offer will not come in the very near future. I will move to the university first.

If so, then please do consider limitations on being able to move employers particularly in the first year. Definitely positive news but might take them forever to offer anything and get all contingencies cleared!

So I think it should be fine.
