Good day,
I am going through the recruitment process and it’s looking like an offer is imminent. I want to confirm if my wife will be able to work if I accept an offer to move to the Kingdom.
What do spouses generally do ?

Lots on this forum already on this topic.
Your spouse won’t legally be able to work as she will be on your residence permit (iqama)as a “dependant wife”. She might be able to get some “casual” work at aramco but that is not guaranteed, depends on her skills and background.
If she wants to work here legally in her own right, she will need to be sponsored by an employer here and have her own residence permit (iqama). That said, in this day and age many do work unofficially remotely, it’s best to not advertise that fact to aramco.
