Hey guys,
All going well, my wife is planning to join me on the main camp when she is 5 months pregnant, we are currently living in Dubai, should she stay where she is? or will she be well looked after at the hospital there?...

Yes, We have a hospital here, JHAH, that I believe delivers babies. Once your wife enters KSA and she can be added to JHAH as dependent.
Seems like this would your wife’s and family decision where she wants to have the baby. Not an opinion by people on this forum

People have babies here all the time. The hospital is of the same standard as any first world country, just without the fancy bells and whistles you’d get from a truly private hospital.
What I do know is that being heavily pregnant or with a newborn on your own is very hard, very lonely. That babies arrive on their own timeline so it can be a possibility that you don’t make it in time, you’d have to take a month off to be sure and you might not get that as a new hire.
And getting a birth certificate and passport overseas takes time, you could be looking at living apart for 8 months in total then moving here without having had the chance to build a bit of a network, get a drivers licence etc.
Good luck with the move.

Thank you Tasmin, my wife and I really appreciate your comments. I'm sure JHAH will take very good care of her
