Hey,
I hope you’re well.
Speak with your Aramco spoc. From what I understand, credence the people who complete the background checks only go back seven years. Is your DBS clear?

It’s acro that will do the checks. If it’s spent, it may not show on their checks especially as credence only check the past seven years?
Show your clear dbs certificate and just ask the Aramco rep. Better to be honest and transparent but I’ve got a feeling it’s not going to come up. I may be wrong.

They will ask you, point blank, if you have any convictions. Best to be transparent.

27 years ago i got a drink drive conviction as a young 20 something. It is a spent conviction under Uk law. Does anyone know if this would stop me getting a job at SA? I have done nothing bad since. You should be fine, be transparent. I knew a guy who had a DUI from USA and was hired.

I think u should be find. You were 20 and it was so long ago, couldn’t imagine that alone would prevent SA from hiring you.
However, as everyone else advised, be up front and share if asked via of forms or BG investigator.
