I am arriving in the Kingdome on 2nd of June.
I wonder if I bring many luggages at once,
Can I carry them to my accomodation easily?
Does aramco help me? Or I need to hire a mini van?

Hi I brought 4 suitcases, there will be someone to collect you but there are trolleys to put your luggage on

You need to let your RA know, you’ll be picked up by your buddy in their car and whilst most would bring a big car it might not be minivan sized. It’d be quite tricky to get a taxi in with excess because you’ve no real badge etc to get on to camp. |

They will have the option of getting a larger car from Samara, on camp. So as long as they know, I’m sure folk bring in lots all the time.
