Hi All!

Read a lot about people experience in Aramco. But what about opportunities after?

Does Aramco generally approve employers transfer within KSA to other companies?

Taking into account glass ceiling for expats, can Aramco experience help you to get a higher role in other IOC/NOC companies in MENA?

To which companies most of the employees are leaving to?

I actually have the same question, particularly in the finance side. I have an offer to join within their corporate finance team so keen to know where people leave to go and also if any issues moving to other employers within KSA.

Also does Aramco approve and provide release letters if you receive job offers and join any other firm in KSA? How easy or difficult it is to get the release letters, particularly if you have only been at Aramco for a short period. E.g. if I join and then I receive something better in first few months, can they hold off on the release letter which hampers ones ability to move somewhere else?
