1. What’s the range of processing time between accepting provisional offer and final offer
2. Are there cases where candidates don’t accept final offer after accepting provisional offer and completing due diligence

What’s a “provisional offer”, never heard of that? Do you mean conditional offer?

Yes conditional offer which is given in pre due diligence phase Can take 2 to 3 months depending on number of countries you have worked before and years of experience as they will be checking all aspects carefully. |

There is no such thing as “final offer”, if accepted Aramco’s initial offer. Then offer will remain the same. You’re just waiting to clear the contingencies.
The time to clear contingencies varies widely by applicants - from 2 to 9 months with avee 2.5 months.
Are You wanting to know if u rescind your acceptance, if it decreases your chances of getting hired in the future? If that’s your question, then mostly likely yes!

This answers the question - a lot can happen in 9 months- eg a significant change with current employer and wondering what implication of reneging on offer would be … logical that future chances diminish - if that’s the only implication… |
