My question is about annual bonus. How long you should be working to get the bonus? Should we complete 1 complete year or any other minimum requirement for that.

From memory you will get it pro-rata from the date you joined, with a minimum requirement of 3 months employment in the year (eg. Need to have hire date before October).
To qualify for repat you need to be in Kingdom on January 1st.

BlueStaff, Is the annual bonus a fixed or a variable amount? What if a candidate joins Aramco in the middle of the year, will they receive the annual bonus at the end of the same year in which they joined? How about the travel repat? Will they have to wait till Jan 1st of the year after the following one to receive the amount?

This is a public forum and such not something I will go further with. As to the repat - you need to be employed on Jan 01 to qualify for that year. |
