Folks, As per new policy, each role now has a primary and three backup candidates in place. Earlier it used to be just one backup candidate.This means HR will not negotiate much as they have three backups they can fall back on. The demand is high friends and I review CVs from all around the world people wanting to join Aramco from 7 years experience to 33 years. The sun is surely setting on Aramco as a Paymasters as it used to be. I don’t know how is it for oil&gas folks, but I struggle to picture top people from my area (a support function) queuing to move to Dhahran if it’s not for a lot of money.
