Hi.
I am coming with family and we quite a lot of stuff to bring.
If I bring, let's say, 10+ boxes with me, how will I be able to take them with me to Dhahran? I know that there is someone to greet us, but what type of vehicle will they have to accommodate all the luggage we have?

Thanks That really depends on who it is, many use their personal car, usually a big one. We arrived after with 8 large suitcases, in a suburban, Samara taxi. I’d let your RA know so your buddy gets the heads up. |

If you're bringing as your check in luggage, you'll have to book at least 2 to 3 SUV taxis to bring you from the airport, and you have options such as prepaid (flat rate), metered and Uber.
The person greeting you should be informed so he can support you in transportation, however, given the amount you're bringing, another option would be to hire a mini bus driver and load all luggage and your family into it.

Thanks! How can I hire a mini bus driver though, did you have any experience doing this or heard about others doing it? Or,taxis? I mean, can I trust those taxis or Ubers with my luggage if Im not travelling in that car? And should I hire mini bus or prepaid taxis from airline website or through the person who will be greeting me? I dont want the person to pay for my mini bus or taxis (if he is not using the corporate company credit card). Thanks a lot |
