I was wondering if the group had any insight into whether or not these job les carry a GC (or are more likely to be typically triaged) by pay scale? Or is there very little rhyme or reason behind the le? 

I've spent the past few days searching this sites archives to no avail, but if someone has discussed this in the past I'd appreciate a link.
