I’m Dhahran but I’ll give the non-work related bits a go.
1. Nothing until Iqama, a few 100 Sar for translation, 2000 for paperwork appointment then 4000 Sar per person, per year for the iqama. 2. Try the Aqar app, it has an English option. 3. They don’t pay school application fees, dependent iqamas as mentioned above. 5. You’ll get an on boarding session. 6. Sensible clothing on camp, nothing too revealing. Modest off camp, fully covered from neck to knee, elbow. Abayas are useful. No need to cover hair or face. 8. Assuming it’s the same as Dhahran, a 2 bed will be about $450 a month, deducted monthly. Includes all bills except internet/tv.

Will chime in a little - but please, don't use all Caps. Probably the reason replies have been scarce.
1. If you are hires family status (GC11+), Aramco will pay all visa fees.
2. No idea of rent in Abquaiq, but generally i would expect 1500SAR for a reasonable apartment Off camp. Unless you are receiving Rental allowance I wouldn't consider it. Schooling - probably Dammam / Khobar if you want Indian school. Either your kids endure the >1hr drive daily or you stay in dammam and commute.
3. 400 SAR per month per dependant in fees. If family Status Aramco will provide 1 single exit visa per year per dependent. If family status 1 repat flight per year per dependent. (I am mot 100% familiar with the current payroll so do not take this as 100%) If bachelor status then I guess you have the fees quoted by Tamsin.
7. 1.5-3.5% generally - based on your PMP, Grade code and how well Aramco performed in the previous accounting year.

We are family and had to pay for all dependent iqama fees and processing, they work it out monthly but you have to pay yearly.

You can pay the dependent iqama fees in 3 monthly blocks, 3,6,9 or 12 months. I recently did 6 months.

We were told instalments but that option was not available when we went to do it.

Yeah you might be right, I did my first as 12 months and when I renewed they offered the different options, there is no cost saving from doing any option over the other
