Hi everyone. I had an interview in the London offices for a technical role. The interview went really well. It was purely technical and it lasted about 50-55 minutes. The two people from the departments looked quite happy. They told me that they would give their feedback by the end of that week, but it is more than three weeks since the interview and I do not have any news, and the recruiter is silent. I am not sure if this is positive or negative. Did you have a similar experience or have you participated in London interviews a few weeks ago? Thanks.

Overall process can significantly varies. it takes from few days to few months before you can get some feedback. It would be better for you to continue with your daily life rather than stressing much about feedback at this stage. If you don't hear anything in next two month, you can drop and email to HR who contacted you to arrange interview.

Sounds fairly typical Aramco response. Get used to it. You'll eventually hear from them, but it will be on their own terms.

Same here 1st of February was my interview date then silence. They told that it takes 4-6 week to get offer. Best case scenario I guess.

Same here. Have not received any feedback, despite the fact that recruiter kept on saying that you will get the feedback in max. 2 weeks time.

Hi Everyone,
My inteview in the London office is in mid March, but been asked to provide payslips, passport page, copies of degree certificates and complete application form. I have sent these. From the other threads I have read, they usually request the documents after interviews. Does this mean anything? Please any advise.
Also is one expected to wear a tie to the interview or ok without? Thanks.

o everyone, My inteview in the London office is in mid March, but been asked to provide payslips, passport page, copies of degree certificates and complete application form. From the other threads I have read this only happens after interviews. Please any advice? Also is one expected to wear a tie to the interview or ok without? Thanks. Hi highbee...I am still in the early stages for my 3 applications, but interested to know the answer to these questions as well. Do you mind sharing timeline for changes in Status ?(i.e changes from "applied "to "your application have been forwarded" then from such status to" Under Review", then "been selected for interview" ,etc.?

Thanks. I'd take the fact they are asking for the supplementary documents prior to interview, as a good sign. I submitted mine around 2-3 months after my interview. I'd advise a tie, I wore a full suit for mine and tie, even though it was virtual.

I did the interview the week of Feb 5 for a non technical role. I got an email from the recruiter the following week saying that feedback was positive and that I would receive an offer. Right now I am waiting for it. The recruiter has been responsive, offering help to clarify doubts as she know as a family we have lot of concerns about relocating to the KSA. I guess it also depends on how lucky you are with the recruiter.
