o, Wondering if anybody could shed some lights. I am done with all my visa medical physical exam and lab tests. All the reports have been received except the Cholera which was done by Public Health Ontario( ). Longer time is being taken to provide the result to the Physician. Physician left that box blank and provided me stamped and signed visa medical form stating "FIT". Checked with ASC, and I was told that if the test was not run, it's fine, but the Physician has to say something in the box like " test was not run", but in reality, the test was done and test result is pending. Not sure! if my Physician would do that. What happens if he mentioned "lab result pending"? Also, I was told by my Physician that I won't have to go through the College of Physician attestation process as he is fully licensed to perform this job. He is the only IRCC authorized Immigration Physician in my City "Sudbury". I shared my Physician's CPSO profile and license number everything with ASC.ASC said, Information I shared about my Physician was the correct information needed when a Physician doesn’t needed forms stamped by College of Physicians. Just wondering if they ask me again at the 11th hour " go and get the report/results/whatever attested by the College of Physician"!!!!! Anybody went through similar situation? Thank you Moin
