Has Aramco changed their policy on Aramco rehires? As i understand it, it is unlikely that previous employees will be rehired, but it is still on a case by case basis and depending on the needs for that department and discretionary?

I was rehired recently. There is no set policy not to rehire. As you stated, it’s a case by case basis. Like any other company, if u left on good terms then u have a shot.

Not sure what you’re asking? I was an employee of Aramco not a contractor resigned for family reasons. Applied 8 years later and got rehired as an employee.
