I would recommend you resign after you board the flight to KSA. Anything before that is risky. Back in 2020, Aramco canceled offers, and some people lost their job because they resigned from previous companies. There is always a risk with Aramco that they will renege last minute and leave you high and dry. Leave it as late as possible. Does Aramco ask for proof of resignation. I mean how can we leave it as late as possible, if Aramco asks for formal proof of resignation. |
