Do Aramco allow working from home say once a week? Do they have working flexibly policy?

Nope, at least for most departments. There is no formal WFH policy at Aramco. The only time allowed was during COVID. WFH is not as needed here as other places because for most the commute times are extremely short!

Let me add, most dept/managers are pretty flexible if u need to leave early or come in later for family or personal appts or reasons.

It’s not formally permitted, even during covid they made an edict to get everyone back into the office when the pandemic was still ing.
Aramco is old school and presenteeism still persists, if you’re working from home you’re shirking. Fortunately the commute is only a couple of miles for most.
