Dear All lovely people,
We are in a process of moving to RT soon. Currently my wife uses an electric scooter similar to (Scooter). This doesn't need government registration of license to use in UAE/Qatar. We are planning to bring this to RT in cargo container.
I would like to know
1. if there are any restrictions for the use of such scooters in KSA or in RT?
2. If this is not allowed, I would consider buying petrol operated scooty once in KSA for her. can we drive in RT with her home country license?
