What are the differences between GC15 & grades below in terms of benefits. I understand Aramco offer business class for GC15 and above for the first travel. Any other extra benefits? Business travel and hotels when travelling for work and there is some housing that is 15+, but that’s only applicable once you’ve done two years and are eligible to move. I am planning to go as on bachelor status. SA offered me lower grade and I am trying to negotiate for GC15. It looks like it is not worth pursuing that for the grade change as housing may not be a big factor for bachelor status ( 1 bed room house for bachelor accommodation). There will be delays to get the approval even if they agree for an upgrade. Am I correct to assume that the base salary is normally matched to the current earning and not linked to the job grade?. Is it worth taking the risk for a higher grade?

GC 15 new hires are generally reserved for Saudi national these-days. Bottom line its just about money here, if you are happy with what they have offered then great. Do consider that there is no career progression, very little room for pay increases and the work is quite boring for most. If you're only being offered parity with your current salary then I'd run a mile, it's nowhere near enough to put up with the (significant) downsides.
