We are about to travel over to Aramco and I wonder what the situation is about employment opportunities within Aramco for spouses? Does anyone have recent experience with getting employment for spouse?

Very tough. There are some but very small percentage of expats where both husband & wife work for Aramco.

Aside from working at the schools, there are very limited options for spouses to work for Aramco.

Aside from working at the schools, there are very limited options for spouses to work for Aramco. This. And I will say that is par for the course in almost every location I’ve lived in or known of, very difficult for the trailing spouse to work. Male or female. Particularly if you have young children. |
