What is a reliable VOIP service that can be used in Saudi Arabia? I am wondering what is the best way to keep my US number and continue to use it while in Saudi and not use roaming.

I use Voiply, it is reasonably priced and you can sign up in kingdom. I had Vonage but it was much more expensive and if you didn't sign in in the US, you could access the app on your phone. STC fiber will not work with the boxes the VOIP services provide as STC blocks them. You have to use the VOIP app on your phone and you have to use a VPN.
I didn't transfer my mobile number as I have a family plan and wanted to keep the plan.

Thanks arctic do you know if Google Voice works there if I use a VPN on my phone or router?
